A potential investment idea for the WIF initiative is to produce cornflakes from Uganda’s staple corn crop. This affordable and nutritious corn provides income for rural women, who can save part of their harvest. The plan is to cultivate corn and establish a medium-sized cornflake production facility in Mityana, primarily hiring women to promote economic empowerment while sharing the love of Jesus. A local board will manage profits to support the WIF initiative, girls’ education, and evangelism. Phase One: We will start by cultivating corn on 3 acres, yielding about 6 tons annually, with a budget of USD 17,142.86, aiming for completion by next summer. I seek contributions of 100 USD a month from like-minded women and will organize fundraising during my school break in June and July.
